Chassis Builders - Need to Find U-bend Clevis With 5/16" hole

I have a U-bend clevis that has a 5/16" hole....1" from bend to hole center....I cannot remember where I got it....this is not the machined slot clevis but the U-bend clevis that is welded to the end of a chromoly moly tube to attach a spherical rod end...need another one to finish mounting new wing....I know I bought this a few years ago as it was in my tab drawer - have called M/W, Mckinney, S & W, Chassis Shop, etc...all of the popular ones....
