CALLIES ULTRA STEEL RODS / BLOWN ALKY APPLICATIONS

    Anyone have any problems with this combo? Ive had two sets bend up like spagetti in two different applications.

    If your gonna run steel Oliver heavyweight with the bolt upgrade.

    CALLIES says these are good for over 2500 hp. LOL ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS DONT TRY THEM IM A BLOWN ALKY ENGINE. I just hope my crank and new brodix aluminum block are savable. Block will need two sleeves for sure. And a lot of welding.

    I've ran the same set of Olivers for 12 years. Got scared and got a new set. I'm using the old ones for a back up engine. I beat the hell out of them... Bad tuneups,detonation ect. I have several buddies that went with callies rods and every one of them had to buy a new block. I do use the magnum crank with good luck though.
