burst panel assembly

have a couple bbc indy cylinder heads I need to put burst panels in, looking for recommendations on where to get a good deal on the cage and assembly. I also need to put on on an older indy manifold without the boss on it. any ideas on making one and putting it on?

Can I get a cnc program from someone and take it to a machinist and have him down load it like you would on a computer to drill the holes and cut the opening, or is that just wishful thinking. If this is possible and someone has the program please let me know.
