Wandering what everyones opinion is on what fluid works the best in the Bruno/Lenco Drive. I here some people are running Cat fluid What is the Part # and what are the pros & cons. we are running 30 wt. in the lenco seems reliable, but wandering if we are losing some performance with it.
running an1800 hp BBC getting ready to put a new PSI HH blower on and up the power to 2000+, any info would be great. Thanks

BLOWNJET13: Mobil1 5w-30 will not overheat or burn clutches but it does "soften" the shifts. Mobil 1 syn trans fluid will "sharpen" the shifts but it'll go black quick if you overheat it. Hyd fluids will not retain their lubricity at the high converter temps, so you have to watch the launch. Call Dave Sumek at Lenco. He'll be very helpful. Go straight.

we use b&m trick shift (original formula) in our lencodrive. not a problem at all. havent had to change fluid in 60-70 passes with 526 BAE hemi w/8-71. used same stuff in our regular lenco with clutch too...works great
