    I'm starting to think you like that track.

    Refresh my memory: what is the DA threshold to where the AFD's won't run with the new nitro %?

    Thanks everyone!

    From the crew,

    Friday:
    I still had red eyes from driving all night to get there. Some had red eyes from the zoo.

    Q1 – WOW! We just look at each other and ask “where did that come from?”
    Q2 – Backed it up. That Steve guy seems to know a little bit about tuning.

    Saturday:
    Rain
    Bench racing session with Steve…. Priceless! I learned more in 2 hours than I have learned in 7 years.

    Sunday:

    R1 = OMG! 5.218@275 ???
    R2 = Slower but going rounds. No time to waste. Short turn and we have to do bearings.
    R3 = Smoke at 400’ or so. – Done…. Reality checks…. Numb.

    Thanks to everyone that came by for all the positive words. (Not the ones you used for us while in your pit area.)

    Crew highlight was getting the car turned and to the line with time to spare.
    Not having the day end on a broken reverser cable.

    I hope everyone here gets a turn like this.

    Having the crowd erupt with cheers as you go down to retrieve the car is awesome.
    Having peer teams acknowledge you even exist is awesome.
    Having people ask what you name is, took some getting used to.
    Seeing the ESPN cart pull up, was just so over the top. I still get goose bumps.
    Going to the line feeling like you have a chance to go rounds is awesome.
    For most of the crew, this was only the second and third times we have gone rounds in many years of racing. I wish is that everyone here gets a weekend like this to talk about.

    This one time in Brainerd…. (aka: Once upon a time….)

    Special thanks to Dave and Brandon for letting us be a part of this.
    Special thanks to Steve Boggs for teaching me a few things.
