brad head stud tension when using adaptor

Just wondering what everyone does their inner head studs up to using the adaptor. it didnt come with any torque multiplications to adjust torque wrench to? my set up is tfx block and brad 5 heads.

I torque them to 55 lbs using the adapter I bought from BAE. Not sure of the brand name but I think it is 2 inches long.

Use the extension at a 90 degree angle to your torque wrench. No correction required then.
