    Books on Superchargers,

    Are there any current, informative books or manuals on racing superchargers?
    I am looking for theory and for additional information on the following:

    - Design differences between 60-degree, 120-degree, Std discharge, front discharge, retrofit.
    - Intake manifold design
    - intercoolers,
    - screw blowers
    - blower efficiency calculations, etc.

    I have purchased some SA books but they just skim the surface and look to be more geared toward street rod guys.

    Any help is appreciated.
