blower hub

    anybody have trouble breaking the blower drive pulley on the front of the crank?whats the problem?

    NEVER....is it a hemi? are you using RCD stuff?.first place I would look is if it was coming loose....or if it breaking out of the center I would check belt to see how tight!! if belt is ok I know they make a center cone you can use to make it stronger. hope this helps..let me know..Dave

    I thought there was a problem not long ago where the pullies were flexing on high OD ratios with the screw blowers? That's why they went to center flanges.
