Looking for a converter for our glide behind a old blower motor. Who do you recomend for a converter and what about the sprag no sprag debate. Got my Dad and his buddies going racing again after a long time off. Motor was run last in 75 at Pomona, has sat since then. Neet nostalgia stuff, Crower 8 port injector, Danekas blower, truck block and iron heads.

    glide

as far as glides go there is only one guy to talk to in my book. Mikes Transmission in Lancaster, CA. he's a racer and runs a glide consistently in the low 6's. i think he's been 6.08? 225? i've got one of his glide/converter combos in my fuel altered and it has been flawless for 2 seasons. he set me up with a Continental converter. whatever you end up buying it is worth calling him and talking to him. his #(661) 723-0081

best of luck... sounds like a cool retro ride... sean
