blower clearances

    Since the topic of restripping has come about. Does anyone know what the clearance on a alcohol bower vs a gas blower should be. rotor to rotor, end clearance, housing to rotor etc.

    I don't know about a gas blower, but from what I have seen with the alky blowers, they usually have .008 inches to the front of the case, .012 at the back, and about .008 to .010 from the rotor to the case, which is taken up by the nylatron.
