blower belt length ?

if it measures 64 inches around all the pulleys how do i find the correct belt length ?

That is not how you do it. You need to measure center of crank to center of blower drive. There is a chart that tells you the number of teeth you need and length of belt. plus number. Depends on type of belt you are going to use. Then you need to find 2 pulleys that come close to that tooth count for the over drive you want to run. on another chart.
