BBC hi helix advice

    Were going to switch from 14-71 standard roots to hi helix, we have
    511 cu in keith black bbc
    morgan billet heads
    bryant billet crank
    brooks rods
    etc etc

    What is the best to go for bearing in mind our budget is $2500-3500
