We Run A B&j 2 Speed In Our Top Alky Boat, We Just Rolled Our Second Sprag In 4 Passes. This Is All New To Me, Any Help Or Advise Would Be Appreciated. I Am Now Hoping Our New Engine Is Not To Damaged From This Weekends Sprag Failure. Thanks, Chris 360 241 3430 Pst

Are you running a single, double, or triple sprag unit?

It Is A Single Sprag. Buying A Whole New Set Up Is Out Of The Question Right Now But So Is Replacing A Sprag Every Pass. Chris

With all due respect, you have come on an internet message board asking for advice on something that 99% of the people answering here no nothing about. Then, you are willing to risk sinking your boat over so called internet advice.

You have an outstanding resource available to you. His name is Mike Strausberg. Unless you have a great big bill with him that you haven't paid, you have absolutely NO REASON NOT to call him. Trust me, the last thing Mike wants to see is anyone damaging parts over failure of his transmission components.

From boat racers to Bucky Austin, Mike has been and is there for everyone. Use him.
