Building a new Funny car, and need to know the rear axle centerline distance from the ground, with a 36" tire, and a 34.5" tire.
Appreciate it if someone out there can measure your Funny's and tell me this dimension.
Please tell me what tire psi you used to get the dimension.

Also would like to know how much clearence to allow under body, for tire growth...

    Cheers, Dave

On the 34.5 tire it's about 15 1/2 inches from ground to centerline of the axle. I got this from Randy recently and backed it up with my own measurements just today during a mock-up :)
