    • If you think the cost of fuel racing might go down, think again. Word has it that Sunoco Race Fuels has just pulled out of the nitromethane business. How could that affect the racers? Reportedly the price for a drum of nitro could increase from $650 to $900. It might not stop there. Basically, the nitromethane supply has been monopolized.

    Bob, I never heard of Nitro costing $650 a drum! That's $12-15 a Gallon?
