Any Word Yet?

Don't want to beat a dead horse here but, is there any news on the horizon about the IHRA Alcohol Funny car sponsorship/class for 2008?

It looks like the Torco money went to the PM and PS class for 2008, no mention about the Funnies. It was interesting to read on Copmp PLus that Rob ran some NHRA div. races this year just incase the class " goes away next year ". It seems the " more nitro" rumors won't go away, .....
any real news would be helpful, next year comes way to fast

I tried IHRA no help there.

I was told by someone "high up" at IHRA and in writing that they will have AFC in 2008 and beyond
but couldn't get an answer to who was the money behind it...
