Seeing that we don't run till first week of April, Aaron probably figures we don't need to know anything till last week of March! Just kidding, but probably not too far off??!! Ya, its frustrating:rolleyes:

John, Did someone tell you that was being considered? I haven't heard anything about it at all.

How did you hear about that? Hopefully its not just a rumour as im quite sure all of us would love to be going even faster. Some of these cars are performing mediocre "Screw blower" passes with the roots style. I can just imagine what happens when a couple of us get our hands on some screw blowers. The competition level will change soo much if that happens. Say bye to 5.80 pass number #1 qualifier and welcome in the 60-70's maybe even some fifties. It should be interesting to see. If this does happen john was there a date tossed around there?

No nothing has been said or have i read at this time, yet!
This was just a bunch of us talking and brainstorming, thinking about what the new owner might have to do, to atract more cars into the field, then talking to ofter people who also thought they might do it. I personally hope they do not do this, i fund my car completely out of my own pocket, having to change to a screw would kill me after just building the new charger.

According to DRO, IHRA has been sold to a company that puts on ice skating and circus shows. Smurfs on 1320 asphalt? :p

I'm thinking this would really hurt what we already have, (A strong competitive field of cars), Don't try and fix something that isn't broke, as for the buying of IHRA it would be nice if we ALL knew what was going on?
