another rod bolt question?

    Hello,
    What all lube does everyone use when lubing up the rod bolt threads? Would the Brad Penn 70wt work While we our here what about the head studs as well. Antiseze? Penut butter? Thanks Jason

    Detriot Diesel Internation Compound #2 is the stuff for head studs

    use ONLY the motor oil on your rod bolts...NEVER use detroit tor. compound.
    oil the holes ond the threads and washer also the two halfs and make sure your washers are on the rite side bevel side towards the head of the rod bolt Dave
