Another avodeabel crash.

Jacklyn Gebhardt had problems in her A/ED dragster during the second round of Competition Eliminator. The car got loose and appeared
hit the left wall and then veered across into the other lane. In the dark it was had to see exactly what happened but some reported
the car actually did a few snap rolls. The official report from the site of the incident is that Gebhardt is out of her Spitzer
dragster and walking around.
Due to the style of cars that are included in Competition Eliminator it was decided to hold the rest of the second round until
sometime on Sunday morning.


Due to the style of cars????? What all the cars with rain tires can run? N.H.R.A. are you just looking to get SUED, or did you hire a bunch of incompadents to run the race?

 

Certainly didnt stop them from running Super Stock and Super Comp not more than 30 minutes later. I guess those classes are more expendable than Comp

 

Thank goodness she's okay, that's the main thing. I didn't see it, but heard differences of opionion about the whole incident.

Again, thank goodness she's okay and hopefully we'll see her out here again soon.

I agree with you Will, we were heading up to the lanes and got stopped by them going by and I mentioned to the person I was with that I thought it was very odd to be running comp that late.

Has anyone heard when she'll be back on the track?????

 

New Spitzer car was ordered that Saturday night.
