Do the air cylinder fuel shut offs use CO2 or how do they work?

    ??

never seen an air cylinder fuel shutoff, but would work on CO2 if you used one.

The Leahy safety box operates on c02. You have a cylinder attached to the fuel shutoff lever as well as the parachutes. You position it so it either pulls or pushes for the desired result. We teed our 5/32 airline and ran them to the solenoids included with the system. You have an in/out/vent; in comes from bottle, out goes to whichever side will push the piston for desired push/pull, and vent goes to the other air fitting on the cylinder that would release the pressure. You can find pics on Dave's site at www.electrimotion.com
