Air Activated Switch

    I need a good air activated 12 volt switch to tee into a Lenco pod so I can activate some stuff at the shift. Any recommendations as to which ones are good and which ones are bad and where to get a good one from?

    The auto parts companies all have good switches. You just need to go through the catalog for type (NC-NO etc.) and configuration They are oil pressure switches. Many also available in extra heavy duty.

    go to a NAPA store and ask for " stewart warner " switch

    air switch

    you can get an adjustable brake light switch from a big truck with air brakes and they are made very durable for dot reasons :cool:

    Does anyone know where I can get an electric timer with air in and out?
    I want to set the time on wnen my 2-speed lenco shifts.

    shifting

    in the past i have used a normally CLOSED fuel system valve from GORR and plumbed from the air bottle to the in side and then activated that with a decker air timer off a wide open throtle button under the throttle peddle it worked great as long as the driver goes full throttle
