AHRA Top Alcohol Rules Question

I was looking over the rules for the alcohol classes and noticed there are no rules regarding screw blowers. I only see info on roots types superchargers. I may be missing something but is AHRA not allowing screw blowers?

I am confused, because this is in there rules:

ENGINE: Any internal combustion reciprocating, single camshaft, automobile-type engine permitted. Electronic or electronically controlled fuel injection PROHIBITED. All combinations must employ a device that will retain the spark plug tubes in case of a failure. Engine must be equipped with a lower engine ballistic restraint device meeting or exceeding SFI-7.1 specs. Maximum of 528 cubic inches for a screw type supercharger equipped car and a maximum of 565 cubic inches for a roots type supercharger equipped car.

3). Maximum displacement of 470 cubic inch with nitro injected, single engine, 100 % nitromethane permitted, minimum weight 2,125 pounds.
