hey i was wondering if anyone would be interesed in starting our own racing seris kinda like the pro mod guys there is enough of us that if we all worked together we might be able to make a really good fields .that tracks would love to have us. i have talked to a couple of track owners and they would be interested in using us to be a headliner, if we could get the right package that would draw crowds. lets see what yall think

The biggest thing would be to find a good marketing guy that has a real passion for the class, like the guy who does the AMS and the ADRL
Same guy did both and he gathered over 1.5 million for the two series.

We are in if you can put something together
with yet another rule change for no apparent reason we are forced to either sell out ,or park it,match racing is probably the only thing left
that we may get to have some fun with because nhra
is no longer an option for the smaller teams

Because of the rule changes in IHRA and NHRA, a new organization started in the midwest last year just of Alcohol racers: TAD. AF, FC and ProMods. They had two races last year and have four races booked for this year. All at good race tracks, with three of the races at IHRA national event tracks.

The people who run WAR do not have any interest/ownership in any car or race team, this is to prevent any conflict of interest when making rules or running races. Check it out! [URL=http://www.worldalcoholracers.com/

This would be great place to race for teams with smaller budgets (like ours). We are only able to hit a few NHRA racer each year (since a lot of money is spent making changes). We are from the Houston area. I know there are several teams around this ares that would love to run an independent circuit.

    Vitali,

I know WAR is looking to expand in your general direction, their currently talking with a NHRA national event track, (can't say what track just yet), give them a call, or send them an email, and they will get you on their mailing list to receive a news letter. ;) [URL=http://www.worldalcoholracers.com/

Anybody know what the blower rules are for WAR? I would assume no screw blowers? Just curious.

    Greg,

Thanks for your quick response, I though you ran a dragster. Can't say if WAR would ever consider opening up F/C's to screw blowers.
