A/Fuel Nostalgia setup

Looking at putting a combo together for A/fuel in nostalgia. Kind of limited on info in this area. Hoping some here have good knowledge and can give idea of parts being run.

My currant combo is.
TFX-92 blocks
KB cranks
BAE fuel style heads older
12:1
Sheet metal intake with shotgun injector
MSD mag 12(need upgrade to 44)
Basically our old TA/D stuff.

Car is built to sfi 2.2 specs

 

Go over to the Classic Funny Car Board. They have a Classic A/ Fuel section. Might find the rules and some help.

 

will check them out. I have rules fairly well covered. More wondering about combo's be run.

I think you have a good starting point
The 1 thing I know is CC of head chambers makes a difference
The guys with BAE heads are using Brad 5's or later that have chambers under 100 cc's and are running well with a basic Injected Nitro combo
Fuel pump is a key 11.6 gallon max...
But how and when you get to 11.6 is the key (earlier is better)
