A couple wet sump questions

I converted my pro mod 481x to wet sump, using the same dry sump Olson pan,a P&P-RCD wet sump pump and 15 qts of oil. I noticed oil pressure dropped momentarily after stopping in the burnout, down to like 10 lbs,oil getting away from the pickup. Has 170 lbs of pressure cold.
Should I run more oil, possibly modify the pan? how about a accumulator?
