511 bb chevy with bb3 heads 10-1 compression 8-71 20 lbs of boost. I have 7.5 gallons going into the motor. I am familiar with hemi's with 14-71 hh and was putting around 13.7 into motor. Does the 7.5 gallons seem close for this type of motor? Just seems like not much fuel

    Thanks

Is 20 lbs the max or is that at 8000 rpm in high gear. Same for the fuel amount. It is better to specify all at a set reference. So let's assume that you are saying 20 lbs of boost at 8000 rpm. At that the 7.5 gpm will be a little rich but a good safe place to start. I believe you will end up closer to 6.8 gpm as you tune it in. .

Thanks Mike, the 7.5 is figured on paper so its off the 4000 flow at the pump. The boost was figured off what the blower made in the past. I actually figured (on paper) around 7 gpm and thought that was going to be way low! I appreciate your response
