    helo i have 509 cu.bb2extra enderley 110 pump 8hat lines 2 blower lines 8port.running k style barel valve 15#of boost.7al.with hvc coil.20th plug gap ?were should my hat &port lines be in size to see if in ball park.thanks. sam spires.

    You want around 60 to 65% of the fuel going into the motor to be in the hat.

    I am not an expert or a "tuner" by any means but I would suggest to put in 55's everywhere and read the plugs from there. Do you have a fuel pressure tell-tale guage to see the max fuel pressure or a data recorder?

    thanks mike you have ideal where you would run nozzle size hat&port.just to see if im in ball park.very appreciated.

    my current tune is front to back hat 44 44 44 44 44 44 44 44 42 42.port36 38 38 38 34 32 34 34.with a 150 main my book to big main 120 to 125.where i want to be .

    The way to figure it is to compute the total area of all the jets in the hat and the total area of the port jets and compute the percentage of what is in the hat versus what is in the ports

    thanks mike running 61% inthe hat in theory how much total area is the motor capable of burning with ign. setup i have.?

    All of it. But you should set gap at .015. You sure you have enough timing in it? ~30 degrees with the zero mark Verified?

    thanks mike just got my ign.back from testing picup breaking down at 6000 rpm.got new one give it a try let you now how it goes.very appr.sam. ign set at 32deg.
