2 qualifiers at nationals....

    Word from the D4 drivers meeting indicated that at least for the Houston national there will only be 2 qualifiers for the alcohol cars. I don't know if this is an across the board move that will include other nationals.

    More on this as we get it... :mad:

    what bs if true. last year they were running one Tad at a time to stall for the pro session since they were so far ahead of scedule in Houston. I really hope this is not true.

    so what kind of drugs are thes guys on!! only 2 runs to qualify, but they will run 200 super comp guys, i don't get this thinking???? what is the nhra doing?? are they trying to kill the alky class all together?? i am so sick of this **** that i may never come out and race again in the nhra!!!!!!!!!!!! i have 2 cars and its a real problem now cause 1 is blown, and the other is afueler the one we want to run but cant,

    I hope this isnt true. Still looking at the Event schedules on NHRA.Com it still shows that they still will get 3 qualifying shots.

    First I think it is a bunch of **^%^. but out of the last 2yr most of the races they have chopped one of our quialifiers anyway now maybe they will cut us to one?? Robin

    imbrogno is quoted on comp plus as stating this is not true. however, this is what the driver reps at the div 4 meeting in houston were told.

    Somebody check but I don't remember Houston Tafc to have had a full field in recent years.
