NHRA would not disqualify you if you started running 95 or 96% or lower. If you believe (or already know) it will make you faster then why...
Thanks for the info. I wish IHRA all the best. I love NHRA, but at some point the way they treat racers etc. might come back to hurt them.

I do agree it would easier to run fast in AFD. But some people are not as "smart" as the ones that switched to AFD and I would guess they don't...
