    I regret to inform that I just received word that veteran Div. 5 TAFC pilot Larry Bakke has passed away due to complications from a heart surgery. We hate to lose another during this holiday season. Our condolences to the family and RIP.

    i've been lucky enough to have met larry and his wife,,race'n against him with divison 5 &3 as a diver,,,there terrfic people,,,,i'll miss him,,,i wish his family the best......RIP Larry.....i loved the flames

    Last Time I saw Larry was at Gators a few years ago - He loaned me some clutch parts - typical "Larry" move. He will be missed

    I was a crew member on Larry's cars for the last 16 years. He taught me more than anyone I have ever known. I will miss him greatly. A memorial is being set up at Union Grove GreatLakes Dragaway in memory of Larry and his 33 years of racing F/C's. Contact Ray Drew. RIP Larry, I love ya'
