Hi, just putting together my new KB for the first time, i fitted the two rear main seals and the two side seals but in the bag there were
    2 of 3/4 x 3/8 plastic tubes
2 of 1/4 x 3" strips of thick gasket paper
2 of right angle rubber seals with a square bit on the end
My question is where the hell do these go as i can't find any where , i#ve only put the crank in so maybe they're for somewhere else or are they for the standard 426 engines ?
may seem daft but i thought i'd ask:D
    Thanks ,
    Wayne

    Hemi rear main seals

These are spare parts that fit blocks other than yours.
Not all blocks use the same seal combinations.
Some early KB blocks had two piece rear main caps just like iron blocks do.
So like carb kits that fit more than one carb you end up with parts left over.
