Injector spacers ?

Do the spacers that move the hat forward affect the performance in any way? I could use a little more viewing aera to see in the lh lane and thinking of putting one on and i see alot of pro mods with them but i dont want to hurt performance because i can see now just not real good

 

It appears that they will help ramp the air in better, and the air inlet is usually in front the belt, for less air turbulance, but all of this is just my untrained eye looking at it.

I think they look awesome though. I intend on running on when money is there.

 

Injector Spacer

I built one for myself a while back, I haven't really been able to test the performance benifits (yet) but it does give you a bit more view of the track. I agree they are supposed to put the injector into the (straighter air),not the air coming off the front of the car.

not trying to make this into a classified but i still have this mag injector i would like to sell, just what you want i think
works good on a set back deal or just want the hat 4" further forward
with a low profile so you can see

I already have a big and ugly but it would work a little better if it were forward just a bit

It is one of his mag buzzards only made 4" forward of a standard buzzard
yes it is a very nice piece
I just don't have a use for it now
