weather station?

    What are you guys using?
    what do you really need to look at and record for a reference?
    what is "corrected elevation" ?

    I have been using Gorr's , but now I'm on the Davenport deal.

    I use the Kestrel http://www.nkhome.com/ww/wwindex.html Works well and very compact.

    "Overall I'd say this is a trick little piece. All the readings were so close to matching up (with high priced weather station), I could have easily made the right tune-up decisions based on the Kestrel. We wondered why we were paying so much for our weather station (about $3,000)."

    Ive been looking at the kestrel unit but, What is the main thing you look at for tuning ,does "density altitude" factor everything together.

    Use the search function as we have had some good threads on this before. I've personally had good luck with PerformAIRE and Race Air Pro and using Density Altitude. I'm wanting to switch to something that reads oxygen also.
