Hey Guys...I know alot of you are running the pump relief ck valve line back to the hat instead of back to the tank. I was curious if any of you had any pics of this, or how you did this w/out a cobbled mess. Would it be okay to just plumb the return into the line coming from the k-valve to the distribution block? Or do you just run the line into the top of the hat distribution block? #8AN?

    Pump saver

Plum it back to the top pf the dist. block for the injector. It's a -6. Use a 180 degree -6 from the check valve and a 90 degree to the block. Mike at Rage makes a cool block with 3 -6 0r -8 places for the line. He is on the top of this site. Good luck Don Onimus 215-480-6809

For Eli! I need reinforcements here!

    Eli,

Isn't this post just a variable of your suggestion about the Rootes blowers efficiency back in your posts of 07-28-2008? Take fuel that is not being used because of the rootes inefficiency and put it back into the hat to cool things down and by doing that, making the rootes more efficient!

We have beat this horse so many times, its shameful:) but it still seems to come up that people are trying a version of the same thing.

Gregm I'm looking at your setup and noticed that your high speed is in the line going to the hat distribution block, don't you think with all the back pressure that the nozzles have that the hi-speed would pop off when the 160 to 200 LBJ's of pressure that the pump saver would send to that line that fuel would go back to the tank anyway?

No, my plane is to take the fuel from the port nozzles and send it to the hat nozzles, but now that i know about the new two lobe blower from Don Hampton that puts out as much air as a stripped 12/71 and is a 8/71 non stripped all is moot.

I took a 180 off the sump saver, which goes to another 180 connected to the port outlet on the bottom of the barrell valve.

that works too Shawn. I did mine this way because i was told it was a good way to cool the blower down after the run. :|
