Fire systeme rules inforced for 2009!

    After many phone calls and e-mails the final answer on the 2009 fire systeme rules from NHRA are,simple put.If you run anything with eng in front ,blown on gas or achol with full body or open copit you will need a 20lb systeme.They (NHRA) said this ruling wil be inforced this year. I don,t like it but it,s there tracks and there rules! In my case ,putting two 10 # bottles in a 200" nostalgia fed is going to be some work.

    just ordered mine from Rockys Rod Shop in NJ price was good service good and gave a few hints on instalation.

    Old School, might not be as bad as you think. I've run two 10's in mine from the git go; 214" 1969 MW. I was able to put them side by side about halfway between the motor and ft. axle. Good luck with it. What series are you running?

    Steve thanks for the advise. We run most of the big nostalga events within 500 miles of are home base (PA) .
