battery impact guns

    Is there a cheap brand that will get the job done ? I will be using it for light duty applications valve covers ect. THANKS CRAIG:confused:

    snap on has a new one out long battery life i think its 1/4 inch drive inexpencive as far as snap on goes i bought one for my tool tray but havent used it yet comes with two batterys charger and case i think it was around 200. are less and its small light

    Use a battery drill with adjustable torque settings. Very cheap and very common. Get two...

    Wouldn't recommend anything from Harbor Freight! Cheap price Cheap product!!
    We use Milwakee. Try pawn shops for a good price. Alwo use brand sold by Napa. Have had really good luck with them. If money is no object go with Mikita or Milwakee.

    just wanted people to know I'am not doggin on harbor butttt I bought a cordless drill to just sharpen my tungsten on a belt sander and that thing never hold a chard and if i would it barley turns..but for $20.00 what can you expect:) now I use a dewalt..Dave Lowe

    Sean, remember when sharpen your tungsten use that belt sander just for that, and the reason for this is it will contamanate your tungsten if you use it for other thingsand don't sharpen it off the side always straight on as the belt comes down..Dave

    I use the new snap on 1/4 drive battey powered for the valve covers,very nice small compact tool!

    IS THAT THE SMALL PISTOL TYPE ? LIKE FOR A NUT-DRIVER APPLICATION HAS THE BATTERY THAT POWERS A LIGHT ALSO?

    We have a mikitta and a Black and decker md#BDID1202 both very good units the Bd we bought at a BD outlet its one the best we have used the mikitta was three times as expensive but not any better. Mike

    I think that snap on driver is actually a screw driver without impact.It has a free speed of 375rpm if it is the same one I have and 7.2v.

    we use ingersoll rand 3/8 and 1/2 in there a little pricey but you can give them a really good work out with no worries .......www.soulcrusherracing.com
