5 3/4, depending on the track. But that's where we usually start. But thats in a 2930lb Pro Mod car. It will differ for different cars.

I started running the 1022 at the beginning of the season. The first time out I was really disappointed in the tires and thought I'd made a big mistake in purchasing them. I felt the traction was poor. Then after about 6 or 8 pass's they started working like gang busters. I'm now really impressed with them. They just needed a little breaking in I guess.
Anyway, running between 5.8 and 6.0 in a dragster application with .960 60' times.

    Blessing............ Ron.

I had heard you rally need to do a hard burnout to get the compounds working well.
