Welding Radius in the back of Bug Catcher

    Has anyone see this done ?( pictures ) or see any articles about doing this (links). What is the perception of doing this as far as radiusing the upper back ? Chuck....:eek:

    Search gets No results

    Mistake in writeing BUG, this is a Bird catcher question DUH my bad.:eek:
    I have tried welded bird catcher,modified bird catcher ETC, NO results any suggestions?:confused:

    I know a guy that ran a bird with a ramp welded in it and a tall homemade spacer and gained nothing when he switched to a tall carbon hat.

    i modified my birdcatcher, and it did help. i didn't weld mine in the back of the hat, i made a piece and bolted it in. sent you a PM

    you dont have to weld it there are bonding agents ( apoxys ) out now you can use to bond the piece in it would be just as strong as the weld and never come out i made one on mine several years ago and used a urethane sealer that is used to put windshields in with it wont come out using that either

    Welding Back Of Bird Catcher
