EGT Compression Fittings

Wheres the best source for Stainless or a cheaper brass 3/16 egt compression fittings for a data logger? thanks for any help!

I think they are the same as what they use for plastic air line fittings try napa or a big truck supply you might need to drill out the center or just remove the sleeve and I bet you could get stainless at a tubing bending shop

 

i tried those,the cap threads are different, i was hoping to get by with those,thanks!

I ran across these high temp gland type fittings on the web.

Its a shame these are so damn expensive,

Assuming they clamp tightly, it would be nice to have a set of fittings that don't damage the probes and allow you to try different mounting positions and see thier effect on the readings, as well as the ability to quickly swap sensors hole to hole to check out funny readings.
