here is my combo 588 ci KB Hemi 11 to 1 static, 14-71 High helix, standard opening (no set back) blower shop blower, stage V ported heads (flow a little over 500) alcohol. I just installed a Big and ugly, 990 pump they started my with a 85 main jet with no high speed by pass, 55's in the hat and 58's in the ports first pass would not run down the track way to fat after a few passes got the main all the way to a 170, and it pulls hard to 500 feet then goes fat. I had 2 ALK Dominators on this combo and it ran 8.00 at 3700 lbs now its a slug with the injection. do I need a high speed lean out. thanks

way to much fuel... I dont run the hemi's (YET)..; but mine has 42 40 38 37 in hat. And mid 40's to upper 40's in the hat. The hemi is a different animal for sure, but lots of guys here to help. If not I will ask Jimmy Rector what he thinks for you, and get back to you...

sounds like you got a "basic" tune from enderle. those kind of tunes will have you chasing yer tail for awhile. look at it this way. you obviously dont know enough to understand whats going on.(who runs a main only tune?) so spend alittle money and send it to somebody who does. you will save a ton of money and fustration when you think about how long it will take to do it on your own. for the cost compared to towing and running the car acouple weekends, buying a tune is very cheap.

Rector is the BEST bar none in the industry, yes he would. He is crew chief for Rowe in Pro mod andhe was a multi time world champ in funny car before that. He has probably forgotten more about the Hemi and than most know..lol. But hey I might be alittle Biased..He is a true friend, and a racer who never forgot his roots.
