Congratulations to Mike, Doug and the crew. Not only did he beat Manzo in the final, he out ran him. Not many people can say that. Go D7

Talk about pumped up!!! Doug, Mike, and Cheryl all mentioned about how they were looking for a round win to not let me down. They never have and never will. Congrats, and boy was this win fun. I was just as excited as they were and couldn't think of a more deserving winner in this event.

Doug gets to face Manzo again in the semi's for the regular race.

Doug did something no one has been able to do in quite a while...and that is to get to the finish line ahead of Frank.

Manzo and team are just awesome to be able to put together the winning streak they have. Making no mistakes and plain old hard work with attention to every detail make for a great team.

Thanks we had a great weekend. We almost got Manzo in the semis of the big race. I was a little late on the tree. He went 59 and we went 60.
First father and son to both win in allstars.

First, Niver last week and now the Gordons, I better go have some wine.

 

It's cool to remember what a big deal it was for Mike when he won it in '92 and then get to see Doug finally win it, albeit a handful of division championships and national event wins later. Good job, guys.

Great job to the whole MB Cabinets Team. Awesome to get the win, but to get to race Manzo in the final makes it even more special, plus the fact that Mike won it before... great story. We are very happy for you guys and proud of you. Not bad for a "Tractor Motor" !!! Excellent showing in the regular race as well, you gave him a real run for the money.
