    Hi Guys,
Just need someone who owns a 3 speed Lenco CS2 to double check some dimensions Lenco gave us. They are saying its 14" from the front pack to the back of the reverser (not including output shaft) on their CS2 three speed & reverser. As we are very space challenged, can someone please verify this dimension, before we settle on rear end placement with our R.E.D.?
    Thanks.

Al; if you can get 42.5" from axle CL to back of block, you'll be able to get it out without moving anything. (with 8.125" can)

    Al,
Be careful , my lenco CS2 is brand new and when i tried to put my blanket from my old trans to the new one , it did not fit , The 2 air pod on this trans are closer . I don't know if the length of the cs2 new gen. is the same of the older one.

So the new style CS2 is shorter on the packs your saying?
So the 19.25" is correct for a new gen CS2?

    Thanks Bob,
Info you had is spot on, so was yours Claude.
Thanks Deano too for the PM.

Quick Saw (No 1 at ?): For your info the length is not affected by the splines.........but you knew that right? A CS2 is not 23", Claude is correct, 19.375". You probably have a CS1, but don't know it . Nice try on giving out wrong info. Not even about to race your class (bracket racing), so whats with the attitude?

Hint for today (Dave): Make sure you have no fuel residue/fumes in your chassis rails and/or burn down hoses connected before attempting welding on them, as severe engine damage will incure.
Thanks for the great site Will.
