running a TAD TFX Hemi in a Outlaw car, I have a 400TH behind it, what do you guys think about running the 400TH tranny instead of a Glide?
    Pros and cons
    Thanks

turbos are real low geared compared to a glide i would think the glide would be better because it has a taller low gear and one less gear to worry about if it was like a heavy blown door car then i would use a turbo because of the low gear to get it moving i wouldnt think you would need that in a dragster thats just my opion

sorry about that for some reason i thought you were talking about a dragster but for a heavy door car i would go with the turbo because it is lowered geared i help a friend when im not racing he has a blown door with a 400 with 5000 converter and its about 3100 lbs and runs 4.30s and leaves like a rocket good luck

Coan , Mikes, Rosler are all good...
Or some one local that buys parts from above supplyers...
    We ran Oddy's 526 BBC wedge engine... 14/71hh Kobelco/bds...
Once in high gear... Didnt stop pulling... Give Joe at ProTorque in LI, NY. a call mention my name, he can help with T/C.
If you need a T/C, I have a New ProTrorque (same as we run) $900... You will only need one... I thought I needed two...
    Good luck.
