That looks great, If the camera was angled down a little more it would be a great training video for up and coming drivers. What kind of camera did you use?

Cool video clips!

Loved Chris Demke's clips from a couple of years ago. Once we got the info on the camera and mounting hardware from Chris ( he posted the info here ) we got a camera for Pattons car. Its pretty cool and can definately be a useful tool.

 

It's bad enough having data collection, and now we have cameras, too? How's a driver suppose to get away with anything now?
That is some cool footage - just needs to show some of the outside of the car also because it is beautiful.

 

Jim, the camera is a Samsung SC-X300L. I have a 2gb card, so there is no problem with space.

I'll move the camera around our next time out.

 

thanks jeff i showed my girl friend the video on full screen with the lights out she loves drag racing ( funny cars ) she couldnt bellieve thats what it looks like in the car when i drive the race car she ask how could we see out of that needless to say she was impressed great video

ps i have to admit had all ready watched it first with the lights out man i need to get a match booked soon ( lmao ) thanks for the ride ( lol )

Jeff, that is one of the best videos I've seen. Nice pass too! I drive my family's blown altered, and my brother drives a jet funny car. We are both looking to get a camera so we can swap videos and show our friends what it's like to drive these cars. He got a camera this Christmas, so we'll see how good it is. Once we both get some footage, we can post them on here...
