downforce at 200mph

    what kind of downforce is required on the rear end of a 125" altered at 200mph?

    All you can get!!! Don't forget the front end as the drag on the rear wing will tend to make the front end light resulting in poor handling.

    What are you using the downforce for.....stopping the tires from spinning or stability?

    it's a new blown alky combination, 3 speed B&J so spinning the tyres shouldn't be a problem at 200

    The you need vertical stabilizers (like rudders on a plane)vice a horizontal wing unless your car is lifting up to to its current aerodynamics. If the lightness in the front or the back is causing instability then you only need enough downforce to overcome that, So what ever you use should be adjustable. Too much downforce will slow you down and if the wheels are not spinning then it is not needed.
