AJ Olds Stage I Rocker Stands

I have been told that welding the rocker stands together will stabilize the valve train and prevent the stands and rockers from breaking. I will be spinning the engine 9400rpm. Does anyone have any pictures or diagram on this welding procedure? Better yet does anyone manufacture a one piece rocker stand for these heads? I would like to start off the season with confidence that my valve train is as strong as possible. The exhaust rocker shaft bolt holes have been drilled out and studded into the head where possible.
