Looking into data recorders... anyone using the Edelbrock QuikData deal?

I'm pretty familiar with the Racepak v300 series... and I'm also really interested in the RPMPerf model that I have seen mentioned on here. Any goods or bads about any of these? Thanks

Call Randy Thats all you need to know. 405-495-0454 He has the stuff and HE BUILDS IT HIMSELF! I've even called him from our shop on Sunday evening and he answered and helped us. That is TECH SUPPORT**** Call the man who builds these units and ask him some questions. You'll get answers. Not some %^*(^$#@ and then "I'll check with our engineers and we'll get back to you!!

This is not a paid testimonial Just the facts!

Tell Randy that Mark said to call and maybe we'll get some free stuff.

Only reason you ever miss a run is when the driver forgets to arm the recorder.

Back up from burnout .....click the button and pull in......when we hit 5000 rpm the recorder starts every time! ! ! !

TAFC launching at 6000 rpm. Data every time!!!

    Call RANDY ! ! !

Randy is a good guy. I run his stuff, pretty easy to use, and he'll help out whenever you need him to. W/ him you'll get big business quality w/ small business customer support. ;)

Another avenue that you could look into if you have not already is the AutoMeter Data Logger. It was recommended to us by Marty Thacker, so instead of paying gobs of money for the Racepak we went with AutoMeter. Great value, works great in our TAFC, and the customer support is excellent as well.

I haven't had any experience with the RPM or the Edelbrock, other than I know a couple guys up here that run them, I haven't heard anything bad about them.

You are correct. The autometer system works great. GUESS WHO MADE IT???
Randy from RPMPERF.COM He sold that stuff and built it for Autometer and now his deal is up ...they think they have all they need to know and he is on his own again.

Now he has a new, Smaller unit, More Channels, And for less money.

    I wouldn't print this if I didn't believe it!
Call him and ask him your questions.
