We Are Currently Spinning Our Roots @ 57% Over It's A 14-71 Hh Littlefeild,we Are Making About 52lbs Of Boost On A Run.our Temps Avg 150 Deg At Top End[manifold].would We Get A Better Quality Of Air If We Slowed Our Overdrive To About 48%.i Guess My Question Is Can You Make Hot Air ,by Having Too Much Air Being Forced On Top Of Itself

Yes you can create a lot of heat spinning them to fast I do not know the % rate where it gets too hot and starts robbing you of good air but if you slow it it will create better air into the manifold. I'm sure some of the heavy hitters on here will tell you the numbers. I work on a hemi Alterd with a 1471 SSI HH I think its around 42% over and making around 40lbs or so boost. I have herd that you can run more fuel threw them to cool them but I'm not that good (yet) Someone on here will know.
