    Hey we are running a PSI blown TAD with a Lenco 3 speed and hopefully a 4.30 rear end gear soon. Im looking for input on what 1st and 2nd gear sets to run to start out with. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

    depending on where u run, you probably need to be able to run 1.56 to 1.68.

    you can do this with one transmission...get it with a 25/25 and buy a .28 and a .32 as extra gear sets.

    25/25=1.56
    25/28=1.60
    25/32=1.64
    28/32=1.68

    I run a much slower car, an SC/QR dragster. It is unblown single 4bbl at this time. Im wanting to step up to TD. Is there an advantage to either 2 or 3 speeds?

    Also does anyone have good or bad experience with an API Big Brute trans?

    Good question, but if I were you I would start a new topic instead of hijacking someone else's thread. You might get more answers from other members who would see your topic and know the answer instead of reading the topic on this one and stubling on your question.;)
