Tate Branch update

    I haven't had a chance to talk to Tate, but from sources at the track, Tate is ok, and was taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure only. He suffered mild smoke inhalation, and his lungs checked out fine at the hospital.

    For those of you that didn't catch the news on DRC, Tate's car burned to the ground during the first qualifier at Red River Raceway.

    The car is a loss from what I understand, but Tate is ok, and that's the main thing. As I get more details I will post them. If anyone has an update, please feel free to post it here.

    Will, Tates fire was exactly like the fire we had back oklahoma. Fuel pump gets knocked off and feeds the fire. Total loss except for chassis. Tate was in as good of spirits as could be excepted. George and team said they will be back.

    Service Call, chatted with Tate last night - that is a fact - New body to be delivered around June 15th. Dodge Stratus, they still have lots of work to do, would like to do something in late July...but definitely by Brainerd. [​IMG]
